In summer 2024, I had the opportunity to join an architecture program with other teenagers my age called the ACE Mentor Program. Our job was to team up and construct a park structure for a local neighborhood in Englewood, Chicago. Some other students and I had to combine our ideas and come up with how we were going to build this structure for people to use outside.
